You can easily make changes or cancel your order up to 5 days prior to you scheduled delivery/pick-up date. Delivery times can only be modified based on availability and must be done 5 days before the originally scheduled delivery. If your order is not fulfilled due to an uncontrolled Force Majeure circumstance, a refund will be issued.
Float times vary by size, material, the environment they’re kept in and added weight such as vinyl decals, accents and custom colour balloons. All our latex helium balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float to help extend their float time. If kept in a room temperature environment and out of direct sunlight, the balloons can float for a few days up to a couple of weeks.
Once in your possession, please avoid having the balloons touch any surfaces – like the walls or ceiling – as sharp objects can easily puncture them. Helium balloons are more inflated to their maximum size to extend float time, therefore, more prone to popping vs.
air-filled balloons.
